Standard UK and International delivery will always be shipped the next working day. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be despatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be despatched the following Tuesday. We do not currently have priority delivery available. For standard delivery please allow up to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email advising this.

Please Note: While we’re working towards the delivery times provided, we are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.


Miss Gatehouse outsource their postage to a variety of courier specialists. These include but are not limited to companies such as the Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, My Hermes and Spicer International. In most cases we will send items purchased by customers using a recorded and tracked service. If your order has not been delivered within the time frame given to you during checkout, it is your responsibility to let us know by email We keep all tracking information for 1 month from when you place your order, therefore if you have not contacted us within this timeframe you will not receive a refund as we cannot track the parcel to see it returned. It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address to receive your order. If you are not able to sign for your order on delivery the item will be taken to a local courier centre for you to collect. Some couriers may try to redeliver. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping.


Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when your item/items have been dispatched. However, if you receive an email to notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the instructions the contract between us will be void.
On the rare occasion that your order is not accepted you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  1. The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
  2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  3. A pricing or product description error has been identified.
  4. You have failed to meet the ‘eligibility to order’ criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.


Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price of our products. Should you require a tax receipt for your order, please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.


As far as we are aware there have not been any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card details are processed using the Stripe & PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. Order with confidence!
This website is fully integrated with Stripe & PayPal, one of the leading secure payment systems. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Stripe & PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.
Using these security systems ensures that your credit card information remains between you and either Stripe or Paypal.


Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with respect. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing and avoid working with those who do. We will never pass your contact information on to other organisations unless legally required to do so.
