HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
Standard UK and International delivery will always be shipped the next working day. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be despatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be despatched the following Tuesday. We do not currently have priority delivery available. For standard delivery please allow up to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email advising this.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. If you have made a mistake with the order please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
2. Items must have all the original labels and tags, and be unused
3. We kindly request that footwear is tried on indoors and doesn’t show any signs of wear
4. Not be worn or damaged
5. Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
If you decide to return an item, please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges! We recommend you send your item back for a full refund and place a new order.
I FORGOT TO PUT MY DISCOUNT CODE IN, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.
WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 8:00 am – 22:00pm – however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR WRONG?
If your order is wrong or faulty please contact email@example.com with your name, order number and item details. We will email you back within 1 working day of your email. On all occasions we try to respond the same working day.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF IT IS MARKED?
We will not accept any returns that have marks or make up on it, if you receive your item in this state please email firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order we will process an investigation with the courier, please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not offer a refund, if the investigation shows the order has been lost we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), or refund.
WHY IS MY CODE NOT APPLYING TO EVERY ITEM WITHIN THE PROMOTION?
